Standby Letter of Credit or Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit payable at sight (the “L/C”) issued by first-class bank acceptable by seller. L/C to be received and fully workable for seller within three (3) working days of execution of definitive sales and purchase agreement (the “SPA”) or as otherwise specified in the SPA.
Settlement / Payment:
Payment against L/C upon clean presentation of documents to Buyer’s bank OR direct wire payment to seller’s bank and cancellation of L/C.
Terms of Delivery:
FCA/CPT/CIP in accordance with ICC INCOTERMS 2010. Freight and Insurance charges on request (discharge port must be specified). Prices, charges, and discounts subject to order quantity, discharge port, and availability.
Title / Risk:
Title and Risk in the Product shall pass from seller to buyer when the seller hands over the Product to the carrier as nominated by the buyer or as specified in the contract of carriage in accordance with with ICC INCOTERMS 2010.
